Our flagship Albarino sparkles in your glass with a soft gold color. It features pleasant aromas of green Pippin apple, pineapple juice, and almond blossom. This wine warms your palate with flavors of pleasant Granny Smith apple, soft citrus, fresh tangerines, and ripe stone fruit. Its brilliant acidity leans into a long and refreshing finish.

This award winning varietal makes it’s triumphant return in a big way. Its light straw color fades into an earthy green as you swirl it in your glass. It features aromas of cherry blossom, gardenia, ripe mango, and peach preserve. Flavors of crisp Fuji apple, lemon rind, ripe pair, and tropical fruit grace the palate. Its bright acidity leads into a crisp and smooth finish. This wine is literally “Liquid Gold.” Liz suggests pairing this with roast chicken stuffed with fresh lemon and herbs or savory roasted garlic custard.

This complex and full bodied white has a dusty yellow color with flecks of sea green. This is a true Spanish Verdejo! It has complex aromas of fresh Asian pear, candied Cola, jasmine flower, and chamomile tea. Creamy flavors of pear fruit leather and homemade applesauce succumb to a grassy, zesty finish. Liz suggest pairing this with scallops with pesto risotto or roasted pork loin with baked apples.

The second vintage of our winemakers white blend has a light golden straw color. It has enticing aromas of lemon, toasted marshmallow, apple pie, and marzipan. It has luscious and creamy flavors of stone fruit, lemon, roasted nuts, and pear. It finishes full and well rounded. This wine can hold its own. Liz suggests pairing it with Kofta kabobs, Moroccan lamb tagine, and Easter Ham.
